01709 964403 - is this really plus net ringing me?

I have just had a strange call from 01709 964403 claiming to be from Plusnet?  Is this really Plusnet because if you ring the number it just says that it is unavailable.
What made me suspicious is that my account has a marker on it that clearly states that PN are not to ring the house number.  I suggested that they call me back on the alternative number that they hold in the system and guess what, they never called back............

I'm sure if you give the Customer Options team (Cancellations team) a call, they will be able to give you a good deal!
