still waiting refund

I was persuaded to start a mobile phone contract but when the sim arrived it turned out there was no coverage in my area.(I was assured the signal was good when Plusnet were signing me up) I got in touch with Customer service immediately. A helpful lady agreed to cancel the mobile fone contract saying she knew the coverage was poor in my area. I was told I would be refunded the £5 I was charged at take up but although the mob fone contract was cancelled on the 15th July I am still waiting for my refund. I have tried to contact Plusnet via im but there appears to be no one available
