split port from lyca

Hi

Recently joined plusnet  as my friend told about service.

then I found thier is no incoming call from first day and it almost 10 days .

I tried to call many time to CS. every time they said different option which doesnt work.

 

then I  got PAC to try another provider , this PAC doesnt work as split port issue between plusnetplus as no incoming shows.

 

I almost losing my number which I am using from last 8 years.

 

Really looking for help.

Hi @sushilt,

I'm sorry to hear about your experience. To clarify, have you already attempted to port your number out and have you raised this with our Mobile Team? If you'd like to send us a private message with the following details attached, we can look into the account further.

 - Your Mobile Number
 - Your Full Name (And whether or not you're the account holder)
 - Your Full Address (Including Postcode)
 - Your Date of Birth
 - The last 2 digits of the sort code and account number from the direct debit details used to pay the bill

as no incoming and it is 13th day .

My  mobile incoming still not working and it is  and Ticket has been closed  .

Email i got says after discussion and had an agreement . Where is discussion and agreement when Incoming not yet working .

hi any update on this .

today it is 14th day and no incoming till now.
PAC also doent work which not giving option to exit from plus net.

today it is 18th day and still no incoming. 

I am still waiting for call from  technical team to resolve this issue .
