iam in costa callida no phone signal since i arrived on monday help required

Traveled the length of Spain on Tuesday, virtually no service! Now in Santa Ponsa Mallorca - nothing!!! My husband’s phone (not plusnet) works fine. He sent a Twitter message to there ‘help’ service ..... no reply!!
