signing in to plusnet mobile

although I have received my sim and inserted in the phone when i try to sign in to plusnet mobile it does not recognise my user name and or number and or password....any ideas? when i signed up all my details were clear and i received verification emails with contract etc

I’m sorry to see you can’t sign in to your account.

Is this still a problem and have you tried resetting your password through the forgot password tool?

it doesn't recognise me despite all the details being correct. apparently it is a mistake by plusnet on my account and sim so i can't make or receive calls or send txts
