I joined plusnet mobile a few months ago via a deal and every time an email comes through to say my bill is due, I reply asking 'where is my reward please?'
I never use all the data, or allowance, its a sim only deal, its only a small amount more than I was paying before with iD but thr reward made it the same price for more data. I wouldnt have switched otherwise.
Why is no one getting back to me?
