receiving texts messages late

I have for a few months been getting messages that are days or sometimes a week late from when they were sent from friends . why is this happening ? and how do I fix this ?

Hi @jof64, thanks for your post.

I've not seen this issue before and so will potentially need to raise the issue with our Mobile Operations Team for their investigation.

Before I can do this, though, I will need to get through validation and so can you please PM me:

- The mobile number in question

- The full address including postcode

- Your full name and confirmation that you're the account holder

it has happened to other customers that have posted on this site before , so it is not a new problem
