Hi, I recieved my new sim on the 23rd and was told that my number port would be completed on the 28th. With my new sim installed, I receive the "You've dialled an incorrect number" message every time I try to make a call, even to plusnet's 500 number.
My old O2 sim has now deactivated, so I am in the position that I have no phone. I am self employed so if I can't recieve calls, I cant work!
How can I resolve this today?

Are you sure the phone is unlocked and the APN setting are correct for PlusNet see below
