Hi,
I can't resist a bit of a dig about that in-queue message, do they really think we don't notice that they are always without exception "getting a lot more calls than normal"?
However more practically, what's the best way to have a conversation with Plusnet? The reason I want to call is that my account page gives a different price for my current plan, different from the email they just sent me just now notifying of another price rise. So it's unclear what the price will actually be after this price rise, and therefore unclear whether I'd be better signing up for one of the other tariffs.
There used to be an instant chat, has that now gone?
