poor phone signal in kidlington

Last few days the phone signal has been very poor  at home, either non existent or 1 pip at most. 4g data signal seems to be ok. Any idea why phone signal is so poor? I am in Kidlington near Oxford.

I would also advise to re-boot the handset by turning it off and removing the SIM card.
