plusnet mobile voice mail not working

Can anyone help?I transferred from T-mobile payg to plusnet last week,and now find my voice mail won't work.

Advisor working on it, but everything has failed so far. Told I will need to activate new sim card,which hasn't arrived as yet.

This has been going on for 2 days now:when I dial 555, electronic interference prevents the menu from listing options.

Advice from plusnet to date has beenpatchy and rather vague; I'm not impressed: can anyone offer advice?

Yes I am waiting for the new sim-after Christmas now- I just wanted to know whether anyone had any clever tips.

Hello @wendyk

I was just wondering if you ever got this problem resolved?  My Voicemail has never worked.  All I get when I dial 555 is a recorded announcement in French!  So I have not even been able to set up the Voicemail service in the first place.

No I've given up: they've sent me a new sim card, but I'm not convinced that this will work and I'm fed up it.
Voice mail has now been disabled at my request.

No not yet; I'm awaiting advice from Rebekah.
The wrong sim card was sent initially; now a second replacement has been sent.

Hi Rebeka. I have v similar issue wendyk had following a port from TMobile. All services appear to work OK except voicemail. Settings all appear OK going through the menu options over phone [555] including the Personal Setting that 'correspondents will now be able to leave messages'. When I ring from another phone it eventually ends with message 'The mobile number you have called is currently unavailable. Please try again later'. Calling Plusnet support over a week ago I've waited as suggested to let all the porting complete. But it's now 28-Feb ....... email notification of port 'almost complete'from Plusnet was 16-Feb. Can you help .............. would be much appreciated.

Hi Audrey_Suntea how did you get this resolved?

 

I've just moved over from EE (Sim activated 28/04) and port completed on the 03/05 - Set my voicemail up as you did all looked fine but then realised clients aren't leaving voicemails - checked by calling myself and I get the same message that you were getting.
