Re: password entry failing

Fix

Hi blotcho!

Thanks for getting in touch with us!

An online 'My Account' password must contain at least 1 of the following:

1 letter
1 digit
1 of these special characters ( ,.!?*<>()&%£$@:;/#_- )
1 lower case character
1 upper case character

The password cannot contain your username, cannot be equal to your username and cannot be equal to your last password.

Hope this helps!

Re: password entry failing

Thanks Rebeka

You are the only one on your help service to give a correct reply...that works .All of your colleagues are just following the incorrect instructions on 'CREATE PASSWORD' on the web site and have just repeated them.

What's missing in the 'CREATE PASSWORD' instructions was the lower case letters !!...hence that document NEEDS ALTERING to reflect your instructions.

Well done Rebeka and many thanks I am now able to get into my new account !

You're welcome blotcho, glad I could help!

I'll certainly feed this back to the relevant department for review.
