I have recently swapped over to plusnet mobile from BT..
Since doing so it has now become apparent that people using o2 cannot ring me, they can only contact me via text or whattsapp..etc
when they attempt to ring me i am told it sounds engaged , not even going through to voicemail , which is activated..
i can ring them no problem..
this was never a problem on BT at any time...it has only occurred since swapping to plusnet....puzzling , as i believe both BT and plusnet use EE
