number port

I switched my phone and my partners phone to Plusnet on 30 December.

My number ported over successfully (we had been on a family sim with BT) eventually, but my partner still can only send calls and texts. She cannot access her bank or paypal. The level of service has been sadly wanting and we are angry and frustrated with Plusnet

Re: number port

Very strange

I would put her sim into your phone which is working correctly  and your sim into her phone which is not working correctly and see what happens if yours works in her phone but hers is still faulty I suggest it is her sim is faulty

Give PN a call on 500 from a PN mobile phone

+Are you the account holder?

+Your date of birth

+Last 2 digits of your bank account number
