no service and no help

moved with my number from talkmobile to plusnet, have taken my pac code and money and have no service or my number in return, cany talk to anyone as have no service, twitter help is pointless as being ignored, i suffer from medical condition and NEED a phone service as no landline. whats going and and will someone please help me

I'm really sorry for the delay. I appreciate the urgency and I've just posted on your other topic here https://community.plus.net/t5/Mobile/Issue-with-new-mobile-account/m-p/1874654#M22030 for you. 

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
