Im looking to cancel my 30 rolling contract but due to illness unable to use the phone at the moment to speak with customer services. everytime I log in online chat seems to be unavailble.
can this be cancelled via email or private message on here?

Only way to cancel is to call, unless you’re moving provider then you can request a pac / stac via text
