my new samsung mobile

Took delivery of new mobile and sim card in January - signed for it etc.

Plusnet have still not activated (provisioned) my new sim so cannot use the mobile and old one is on its last legs.

Have phoned the help desk 7 times these past few weeks and no one can tell me if or when it will get sorted.

I have totally had enough - without doubt the most incompetent company I have ever dealt with.
