Hi, i have been with plusnet over three years for mobile, now have three phones, me and my two sons. My teenage son tells me he has had no mobile internet and has not for the past three months, (KIDS!!!), i am paying £8.00 a month d/d for him , when i swipe down on his phone it says suspended under mobile data, i have been in touch with plusnet who walked me through the APN all set, still no data though, turned phone off removed sim, back on etc still nothing. in my bill history i can tell there has been no mobile usage. Plusnet dont seem to be able to help. Has anyone got any ideas ? Thanks.
