missing new sim card and I cannot call anyone now!

I decided to move my mobile account from another service provider to Plusnet. Now have no new SIM cards and mobiles have ceased to work with the old provider. It seems the only way to contact Plusnet for help is by phone, which is a joke, why can't the company just give an email instead of this 'community'??! I have missed some important calls already, this is really frustrating.

I'm really sorry to see you hadn't received your SIM from us before your number ported.

I hope you've got this sorted now but if you haven't, feel free to private message me the following information.

+Your mobile number

+Your full name

+Your full address

+Are you the account holder?

+Your date of birth

+Last 2 digits of your bank account number

+Last 2 digits of your bank sort code
