lost phone abroad

Hi everyone, annoyingly I have had my phone stolen while abroad in Bali. I need to cancel the sim asap however all of my details are on there. I cannot log into my email accounts via a browser as they all recognise i am abroad and want to verify me via phone.

I cannot log into plusnet as i do not know my password, if i reset it it sends a link to my email (see problems above).  I have access to my son's laptop however cannot log in to anything. what shall i do to cancel the sim? i dont want to rack up bills or get hacked...

Hey there @nicholasfuller I am so sorry to hear that! Has it ruined your holiday at all? How is Bali by the way? Had a chance to go about 13 years ago but couldn't get there due to an operation.
