left Plusnet - still get 'latest bill' emails and credit on account - help!

Hi All,

 

I've recently left Plusnet Mobile and have now had two months worth of 'your latest bill is now available on my account' emails. The latest one says I have credit on my account. But my account is closed so I cannot log in...

 

Can anyone advise how I can close the account completely and get refunded the credit I have?

If you paid by Direct Debit then I think that you are normally credited back to your account through this link. Have you cancelled your DD?

Through which link?

 

I haven't cancelled my direct debit. Should I look into that? I assumed it would be cancelled automatically when my account was closed, but the account doesn't seem to be closed...

It sounds like the screwed up billing system has struck again. Unless a Plusnet staffer comes along (and they’re as rare as hens teeth these days) I’m afraid that you will have to ring them.

Let's see if someone from Plusnet staff appears... 

 

Can I email them? Tweet them? Etc. I don't want to have to deal with the waiting on the phone unless there is no other option.
