Since my number was ported over a week ago, I haven't been receiving incoming calls. When I initially reported it to plusnet they said it sounded like an 'incomplete port'. All the usual fixes haven't worked and I've gone through all the plusnet protocol for it to be escalated, but still nothing. Looking at this forum, it seems like this not an isolated issue. Just wonder if anybody has had this problem resolved yet? Ta
