how to cancel mobile account when no longer in the UK

Hi,

Is there any way to cancel your phone contract without calling plusnet? We moved abroad and Ive applied for the STAC code online but cannot actually cease the contract online? I am not in the EU and the time zone makes it hard to call (12 hours ahead and expensive) Come on plusnet there must be some way other than being placed on hold for 40 minutes? I no longer have the SIM. Thank you everyone.

Hey there @kaybeans have you emailed in to mobile-support@plus.net to see if they can cancel it on there? We can't cancel it over the forum but they should be able to.
