how do I find out my out of plan usage on my mobile?

My account is telling me I have made 80p worth of phone calls on my mobile.  I want to know what these are as I don't agree.

Have you called your voicemail? - Check your voicemail £0.40ppm copied from https://www.plus.net/help/legal/mobile-price-guide/

My only other suggestion is to dial 500 from your handset and ask them.

Can you not view your usage via https://www.plus.net/my-account/mobile > Login using your user id/password > History tab > Usage breakdown? Otherwise try calling 500.

If you're unsure of your billing on 'My Account' you can always drop us a Private Message or even call us on 500 from your plusnet mobile SIM, and we can investigate this for you.

Calling voicemail is included in your minutes, only costs if you've run out. (Error on page corrected in a posting a couple of months ago).

Before I posted I did think they'd be included -- I just posted the first thing on the link that could equal 80p.

Could be what you think are SMS going as MMS which cost 40p a pop.
