hello. My text does not work. I only been with service 1 day. But have broadband 2 years.

My text does not work. I only been with service 1 day. But have broadband 2 years.  I must mention that 5 years back, I had a Stroke.

Thanks for getting in touch with us. 

Can you please elaborate on this and let us know of any possible error messages your receiving?

It could be a possibility that the SMS service centre number is not correctly stored on your handset. This is a number stored on your SIM card that manages your text message delivery; the number's +44 7870002308. 

Also, if you currently have a port processing on the account, it will affect your services until complete.
