former LIFE mobile customer - no username or password

I'm one of the former LIFE mobile customers, and never used the website to check my bill, so I don't have a username or account password. I've checked through all my messages from Plusnet and LIFE mobile, and there is nothing about any online account. I'd like to know how I can log in to see my account details on here.

Thanks for getting in touch with us!

When you joined us, you would have received your 'Welcome Email', which would have contained the information to login to your 'My Account' however, if you have been with us since LIFE mobile, it is more than likely that the link to create a password would have expired by now.

You can pop over to https://www.plus.net/ and click on the 'My Account' tab. Once there, your account number is your username, and you can use the 'forgotten my password' link to set up a new password. Alternatively, if you send me a Private Message, I can go through security with you and send you out a password reset email.
