family account

We are family with already 3 plusnet sim-cards.

Each on different account and email.  now, I would like to add a 4th one.

Is there a need for another email, (another fresh account)?

 

Can we merge the accounts to 1 email?

I understand that there will be 4 direct debits etc. But can we merge the communication to 1 email?

Hi @yuvalcohen, thanks for your post and welcome to our Community!

 

You should be able to update your email address preference within the member centre of each account. This will allow you to set the same email address across the accounts and mean that all correspondence goes to 1 email account.
