ending my contract

Dear Community,

 

Getting rather irritated about this.  Was a Plusnet Mobile user when I started a contract in November 2022.  Ever since, I have contacted Plusnet to ask for a confirmation that my contract is over.  Only a few days ago, I got a bill from Plusnet.  I was expecting a bill for my broadband.  It was a bill for my mobile phone, which I have now cancelled many months back.  Please could someone get back about this, since I keep getting people saying my contract will be ended,

I'm really sorry for how long it's taken to get back to you. We've been quite busy recently so it's taking longer than we'd like to reply.
