Hello Michael Williams. No I am trying to reply to an email sent to me by Ashley - at the address listed in my post - Still getting rejected - pretty poor show for a communications company I think.

Indeed. Same applies today - different delegated server though :

Our internal email addresses aren't customer-facing, so if you could email mobile-help@plus.net with an FAO in the subject line we'll make sure your message is seen by the right person Smiley

OK. So when somebody inside plusnet-mobile emails me directly, I am not able to reply to that email directly - I must change the reply-to address and then send the email reply back to you that way? Roll eyes You guys having a joke with me? I sure hope so.

Hi there mr_goll, I've chased this up for you and I'm told that there's no known issues with our email addresses. 

 

Our operations team have asked if you could use a generic email address to get in touch, which we can forward to the correct person.

 

I'll Private Message you with that email address now.
