Good Morning.
as per above. is it possible to do this without having to buy a new sim.
when checking the sim-only deals section of the website there's a plan there for unlimited texts and minutes with 20GB data for £10 but this doesn't show up when I try to change my plan through my account.
any way to get switched to it or do I need to give them a call?

Hi I had the same problem I just called them press the ' I am thinking of leaving button ' it was answered very quickly
The switch was done from my next billing date.
Other people have been told the 20/22 GB is for new consumers but I had no problems
