I am getting constant nuisance calls, i have tried to block the number with no luck, Can i get help as to how i go about changing my number?

This is Vodafone. Whether PN can do similar, I've no idea. Probably best to call them because they don't do "chat" anymore!

Given that (most) PN mobile contracts are 30 day, the simplest and cheapest option is probably just to order another SIM. Once the new one is active, then just cancel the original.
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
