cancelling plusnet mobile

i cancelled my mobile account within the 14 day cooling off period,
still not received my refund 2 weeks later.
just had a chat online with [CSA Removed] who asked me to provide a screenshot of my bank statement to prove i hadn't received it,
can someone chase this up
