cancelling 1 of 2 Plusnet mobile contracts.

Please can you help me close 1 account please. I have ported my number somewhere else. I have tried ringing but can't ever get through or the wait is too long.... Thanks.

Hello @Lucyb09,

 

When you have ported a number away, on the port completes it will automatically close the account that the number relates too.
