cancelled my mobile in October - yet got a bill today from Plusnet

Dear Plusnet,

I switched my mobile phone in early October 2022.  I had a few problems then, and called to cancel my account with Plusnet.  I have now moved to another provider.  But today I have got a bill from Plusnet.  Could anybody help me with this, please?
