I want to cancel the contract but I cant login to a mobile account so how do I do it. It was taken out a few hours ago and I want to cancel I am 70 years old and was subjected to high pressure selling can I raise a ticket on my broadband to cancel?

See my post Mobile Data Usage. If you phone 0800 079 1133 you may be kept waiting for hours/days (my experience) or simply go to plusnet chat and give them your details.

Things get more stupid I cant cancel as its not gone through yet you have to wait until they send out the sim and activate the account then you can cancel what a waste of money time and effort

So I rang as soom as my sim card came and cancelled and asked for email confirmation which never arrived but now they have sent me a bill this is getting way past a joke how do you cancel its a legal right

If you decide to cancel your services outside of the initial 14 days from sign up, you're required to give us 30 days notice of termination. Depending on when the 30 days was placed, your bundle refresh date may fall within this timescale, and if it does, this means that another bill will automatically produce on the account.
Without looking into your account, I can't advise of exact dates as to when a bill was produced and when your final bill will be. If you would like to send me a Private Message, I can certainly look into this further and advise you of any final billing information.

I canceled it with 4 hours but as per post seem you cant even though its law just gone to the CEO as getting no were with this
