You keep sending me bills...

Hi, back in Sept 2017 I briefly had a Plusnet SIM, for £5 a month, which I used only for a few months then cancelled.

 

Intermittently since then you've sent me an email to my registered email address saying a bill is due payment, however I have no payment mechanism set up with you, have never received any non-payment letters, and I'm frankly a bit bemused as to how to stop the billing emails from you.

 

I've tried logging into my account using my old number and the email address but your system doesn't recognise them. Can you advise what I can do to stop you sending me bills for a SIM-only contract I don't have?

+Your full name

+Your full address

+Are you the account holder?

+Your date of birth

+Last 2 digits of your bank account number

+Last 2 digits of your bank sort code
