Yet more Quidco Cashbacks Declined 2 X Mobile contracts

Looking through these forums this seems to be a regular occurance

I have had 2 mobile cashbacks declined with some  rubbish excuse from Plusnet.

"We are writing to you about your cashback claim, as we have now had a response from the retailer.

Unfortunately they have declined your claim advising us that Quidco have not been recognised as the referrer for this purchase.

This could happen if you used a search engine, comparison site or voucher code site or if you had multiple browser tabs open when purchasing."

Having been online since the days of the 24k modem in the 90s and doing network support I am fully aware of how to use a cashback site.

Very strange as well hat this has only happened with Plusnet.

If Plusnet support could PM me I am more than happy to provide the details as at the moment I am stuck with 2 mobile contracts that were only worth taking out with the cashback included.

Thanks for getting back to us here. I'm unable to see any of the images you attached on that message, please can you instead drop me a PM with the following information: 

- Your full name and confirmation you are the accont holder

- Your full address with postcode 

- Your Plusnet mobile number 

Once you've send that info over PM, please give us a nudge here so we can pick the PM up.

Sent PM's with all info and now nothing

Been months

Anyone else taking out a contract and expecting cashback, make sure you got records and PrtScn of everything as Plusnet are very dodgy when it comes to paying out

Still being ignored

Have now cancelled my broadband with Plusnet and will be changing from them as providers for my families mobiles.

Be careful folks if you expect any cashback
