I've had Plusnet mobile for a number of years. In November I took Plusnet broadband and applied for mates rates by phone.
I was told that I would need to take out a new mobile contract to get mates rates. I agreed and was put through to retentions. Agreed a new plan( which gave more but cost marginally less).
New contract started yesterday but no mates rates added!
It's not the end of the world,but don't advertise customer benefits if you don't intend to honour them or make them difficult to get.
Fixed! Go to the fix.
It should be, and is, really simple! I'm not sure why you've had such a problem with it, so apologies for that.
