Name: Faizan Nawaz
Where is my sim card? I received an email from Plusnet telling me the sim was on it's way back on the 12th of this month, and now there is a risk I won't have coverage as my contract ends with the previous provider.
This is not a very good start to my experience with Plusnet. Get it sorted!

I'm very sorry to hear you haven't received your SIM yet, as standard you should receive the SIM within 2-3 working days of your order being placed.
If you drop me a private message I can take a look into this for you and check if there's any hold up.
