Hi there,
I joined mobile plan last friday and so far haven't received my SIM card but old number already transferred so I don't have a phone number/data can't make phone call now. Could someone please help to check if the SIM been sent?

I'm really sorry to see you hadn't received your SIM from us before your number ported.
I hope you've got this sorted now but if you haven't, feel free to private message me the following information.
+Your mobile number
+Your full name
+Your full address
+Are you the account holder?
+Your date of birth
+Last 2 digits of your bank account number
+Last 2 digits of your bank sort code

Thanks for your reply. I've gone out to buy a SIM card to call plusnet to send me a new one and hopefully this time it will arrive.
Just a thought and suggestion, in the future when sending the SIM card could it be sent by 1 day delivery? also could consider using Esim so no one has to wait for Royal mail to deliver. Nowadays lots of website login requires a second verification which is set to be mobile phone number, without it lots of things can't be done. And i'm pretty sure I'm not the only one with this problem.

Hi @Cloud thanks for getting back to me.
Happy to take your feedback onboard but I can’t guarantee a change as it’ll mean a redesign of our systems.
When things work without pesky bank holidays in the way ( although I do love Christmas), we’d expect a SIM to be delivered within 2 working days.
