When will you be able to purchase mobile handsets off plusnet?

Hi I was just wondering I've signed up and waiting on my sim only to arrive with the 10.00 introduction offer.. How long will it stay at this price eg for 4gb unlimited text and calls for? And when is it possible to order a mobile from plusnet for the sim and what prices will they be?
When my sim arrives do I need to activate it also? Sorry for all the questions thanks

It's not a problem, ask away! That's what I'm here for. We have no plans to change the current tariff that you are on. The 4GB Unlimited calls and texts will remain at this price for the foreseeable and if there are any plans to change this in the future, you'll be given 30 days notice of this. 

In order to upgrade to a handset contract, you need to have been with us for 6 months, have 6 clear consistent Direct Debit payments and your 7th bill produced. We can then upgrade you to a shiny new handset tariff! Our fantastic Sales Team will be able to advise you of the prices around the time of upgrade.

If it is a brand new contract you have taken out with ourselves, your SIM/account, will become live up to 2 working days from the SIM dispatch date and you'll recieve a 'Welcome Email' to indicate this.

I'm a Plusnet TV, phone & broadband customer & have just upgraded my Life Mobile contract to the Plusnet unlimited calls & texts 4 GB contract.

Will you be selling phones on a 'phone only' basis or will they be sold with a 12 / 24 month contact.

Does my time with Life Mobile count towards the 6 months?

We won't be selling handsets on their own. All our handsets come as a 24 month contract. Not to worry though, your time with us as a LIFE Mobile customer will continue forward towards your 6 months upgrade period.

Also I am on the 4gb unlimited text and calls  what am I able to call  for it to be unlimited i.e.  Does any numbers cost to call outside my plan as wanna stay within my unlimited calls

I have been with PlusNet for over 6 months but have yet to be contacted about handsets? Has something changed?

All you'd need to do is give us a quick call on 500 from your SIM, select option 2, and a member of our great Sales team will be able to get you sorted with a handset contract
