When will my 30-day rolling contract be cancelled?

Hi all. My monthly contract renews on the 24th of every month. If I call PN today to cancel (and to get my PAC), when will that cancellation take place exactly?

Will it be on the 24th of October or November? Since I think we need to give 30 days notice?

P.S. nothing wrong with PN mobile. It's been fantastic. It's just that I hardly use it and it would be cheaper on PAYG.

Hey @Cagney1994 , 

We require a 30 day notice period, with PACs you can utilize them as soon as you get them to transfer out to another provider, however, you account with us would close and your final billing would include those 30 days notice.
