What's the customer service telephone line at Plusnet please?

How long do you typically have to wait to get through to a customer service representative when you call Plusnet?

I have called three times - since they became Plusnet Mobile  - and got through within a few minutes each time; but, this was during the day.

Hello there,

The line for Mobile Sales is 0800 328 4688, and the support line is 0800 079 1133. As for the call queues, I've only called the support line once myself. I got through straight away.

I'll leave that question open for other customers to answer.

Does anybody have an experience of using Plusnet mobile service's customer support line? The bane of my life is hanging on for half an hour at a time to speak to customer service staff at companies! 🙂

I've also rarely had to wait for the live chat support, and they've been very helpful.
