Hi all I am looking to get a plusnet sim but unsure what mobile the phone can be on.
With my understanding plusnet use EE so would an EE locked phone work?
Thanks.
Fixed! Go to the fix.

Hi Trev12345!
Thanks for getting in touch with us!
We do use the EE network and although there is a possibility that this may work, we can't 100% guarantee that an EE locked handset will work with our SIM cards, as we are a separate entity entirely.
Samsung and Apple have a tendency to lock the handset to the network of the first SIM card that is inserted, so if the handset is locked, you would need to speak with the network of the SIM that was first inserted or the handset manufacturer for an unlocking code.
You're still more than welcome to try our SIM card in the handset as you do have a 14 day 'cooling off' period upon sign up to cancel and as stated above, it may work and an unlocking code may not be required after all.
Hope this helps!
