Well here we go, I thought this was a good deal

I signed up in Feb and ported my number on the day of sign up.
I took the uSwitch deal.
Unlimited Text and Mins with 3.5g data for £8.

But someone put me on a plan with 3g data , 1000 mins and unlimited text.
Thats not what I signed up for !

I reported this in Feb and got this reply
Then reported again today and got this reply.

Yes this time I have been given a few more mins and an extra 500m of data this month for plus net errors but honestly.
I expected better than this.
I knew I should of taken the vodafone deal.
I just might as I hate errors like this and just keep getting mail saying it will all be OK

How do I leave again ?
I want the package I ordered.
Vodafone has a similar deal but with 5g of data, unlimited text and Mins for a tenner.
Can this be fixed quick or I will have to leave .
You have had plenty time to correct this and its still not done.
Howay, I am not staying until the 27th of next month only to find out the problem is there again.
I would rather get it sorted now and be settled long term with a provider.
Please do not fob me off and suggest anything like we will give you a few extra mins.
I want unlimited mins. Unlimited Text and my data. 
Or sorry I am gone by Monday. 
I also suggest as you have not given me my deal that i signed up for that the 30 day notice will be scrapped as I can not give notice on a deal I did not sign up for.

I am trying not to leave but I have had the same reply 2 months in a row now saying it will be resolved and it is not so what will make it guaranteed this time.
I have to wait until the 27th April to find out Huh?
Thats not good is it.
What else can I do to make sure this will go through on the right plan. ?
All I want is what I ordered when I joined and I have not got that.
Can you see my point ?
If you read my extended long post above it shows the reply I have had from you feb and march this year.
And I am still o the wrong plan.

I have not had a resolution to my problem.
I have just had words of hope.
End of the day I have NOT ever got the package I signed up for.
That keeps it simple.

Sorry to hear there's some confusion, Fieldsports.

 

Are you saying that your current tariff doesn't match what is outlined in the emails? Because in those emails you've posted, the correct tariff (3.5GB, unlimited texts and minutes) is shown.

 

Either way, I'd like to get this all sorted for you as soon as possible. Could you please drop me a Private Message with some account details and I'll open up the account and see what's going on?

Yes my current plan I am on is NOT what I signed up for.
The emails says it will be sorted but it has not been sorted.
The correct plan / tariff (3.5GB, unlimited texts and minutes) is shown in emails but I have not got that plan I signed up for.
I really can not be bothered to change providers again but I only want what I signed up for.
They MISTAKENLY give me 1000 mins, unlimited text and 3g of data.
So thats not what I signed up for. @MichaelWilliams
I really had high hopes for PN and even brought my friends here to join.
But this is not good is it ?
Tell me what you want in a PM and I
