Voicemail

Hi,
I am having a problem with voicemail since the update by Plusnet.
If I reject a call or just let it ring it will go to voicemail and work as normal .
However, if I put my phone on Flightmode or turn it off completely my customers get a continuous engaged tone and no option to leave a message.
I need my voicemail working correctly as I am self employed and my voicemail is very important.
I have phoned customer service and was told , once the Plusnet update to voicemail is complete it will work correctly, give it 48 hrs, that was over a week ago.
Does anyone have a fix for the issue please.
