Voicemail settings

Hi, my dad has joined plusnet mobile and has a couple of messages left on his phone. He's managed to play the first one but not the second one. What numbers does he need to press to

A. move to next message

B. Delete 1st message

on my network pressing 3 deletes message but on his phone it just repeats first message again.

Any help gratefully received.

When listening to the Voicemail service, you'll need to press option 7 to move to the next message and option 2 to delete the message.
