Hi
I'm not sure if anyone else has encountered this issue. I can ring 555 and access my voicemail and settings etc. However, when someone rings my mobile and I do not answer, it doesn't even kick in with the option for them to leave a voicemail, it just rings off.
Is there something I'm not doing in the set-up?

Try the following from @RebekaPreston
If you input the code **004*+447870020555*11*30# OR **004*07870020555*11*30# depending on your handset into your dial screen, this should enable your service.
