Voicemail not working

Hi

Both my partner and I are experiencing voicemail issues on our handsets. We cannot call our voicemail - when we call 555 it picks up but is silent and those calling us get the same treatment (there is no 'welcome to Plusnet voicemail' just an empty call with timer counting the length of the call).

We have both had voicemails earlier today and have only noticed the problem this evening. Will continue to monitor but interested to hear if anyone else having similar issues or know of a fix.

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with your Voicemail, gravel.

There are two codes you could use to reset this: they are **004*+447870020555*11*30# OR **004*07870020555*11*30#. Could you please navigate to the keypad on your phone and give each one a try, please? (Which one works is handset-dependent).

This should reset your Voicemail service and everything should be back up and running again. If not, please let me know and we can go from there
