Hi,
Been with Plusnet mobile a few months and only just realised my voicemail isn't working.
When I ring 555, I've personalised my primary greeting, then under personal options, I've activated the recording function.
However, when someone rings me, it'll ring for ages then eventually a message saying 'this mobile number is unavailable please try again later' and hangs up.
Am I missing something? Thanks!
